Been training since Jump Britain, one of the middle generation traceurs.

Im 18 and from Glasgow, part of the Glasgow Parkour Community. Who have 2 ADAPT certified coaches, probably the strongest base of Parkour Generation support outside of London, which results in some interesting debates between those who advocate PKGen and their methods and those who dont!

good to have you on board! jump britain, damn man i remember when that thing was being produced, and now thats such long time ago already. im getting old hhaha.

i know guys from glasgow have been in the game for quite a while really, i think one guy even visited me in austria one day, tom was his name.

He focuses mainly on hockey now I think !

yea thats him. and yea he told me about the hockey. many peeps from the old days kinda re-focussed.

me too in a way, but i didnt 'give up' on parkour, i cant actually imagine how one can, its impossible haha

Yeah man deffo, some times you just need to take a break and focus on other things but coming back is always great
