Hi guys,

I am Ludovic a French traceur. I finally have time to look around some forums... I was working on a website since 2008 and now it is kind of ready. Check it out: www.monkeyspirit.org. I spoke about my project on a website which was called parkourfrance.com, the idea was among others to recreate everything we had on parkour.NET + a spot locator + an event calendar... Anyway parkour-spot was born in between and took care of most of the job. I was left with the training articles and it was quite a lot to do already!

Hello and welcome!

Juste took a look at your site... man that's great!
Honestly, the explanations seem pretty clear to me, the basics are present, with videos illustrating every technique...

THAT IS AWESOME!!

The only thing I didn't like at first glance is this:

This has to be a lie, because there's no limit, just obstacles
Joke aside, this is great.
Please allow me to make some ad for your site (on fb for example).

Peace.

Hi Ivano,

I post on the English forum because the website is only in English for the moment. But I am French and the French version is coming within... months Of course spread the word if you like it, it is my tribute to the community!

All of this started back in 2008, when parkour.net shut down. Lol I was thinking about doing a static website in something like 2 months Here we are 3 years later. The funny thing is, many people spoke about doing this exact website. Each year I was expecting someone (say big parkour companies with big money) to do the job. But well I look around and I don't regret the time I put in the website.

Peace

Yep, actually the community is really lacking all the information gathered on pk.net; especially what had been written on the basics (conditioning, techniques etc.), so your site is a great improvement in that way and could be used as a reference for beginners from now on.
I've read it all and I'm convinced.

Peace.

PS: you're from Lille, right? (although I think we never met on the streets...)
(Edited your post and added the link to the website as an url.)

Sweet Ludovic, I'm glad that you kept doing this website. So far you've done a great job and I hope you'll go on with it.

It was funny to see that my team was a partner, I didn't know (or didn't remember) that you asked our former president to use the pictures from the website.

Thank you guys,

I know the website is not perfect but you only give positive comments I appreciate this. Don't hesitate to use the "ask a question" feature if you have some remarks because the FAQ is empty (and I spent some f*%-@a*g time to make this stuff work )

What do you think is best: add more content or work on the French translation?

Ok I have to go training! Under the pourring rain!
See you
Ludovic
