He-he =P I waited for a long time to start this topic in the parkour forum =P

As some of you may know - in Parkour.NET there was one topic called "A Million Push-Ups". The idea of this game was to hit 1.000.000 Push-Ups, but it never was fulfilled. I even started this topic in two other forums, but one site just died, when the people of other just didn't like the idea so much. =D
So now I start this game here, but it's a bit upgraded now. You can post not only how much push-ups you did, but also the amount of squats, crunches and pull-ups. I chose these exercises 'cause I think they are most known and with help of them you can improve most of your muscles. And also now everyone can find from which to choose, and choose the appropriate exercise for him, if he don't like all of them. =P

So, the rules are such:
You write here how much did you make push-ups, squats, crunches and pull-ups this day or yesterday, but there can't be more than one post per day. You can make any variation of these exercises, you can add extra weights, do handstand push-ups etc.
Then you sum all this and write how much did you make it altogether.
And the most important part is here - in the last row you write how much of 1.000.000 did we altogether.
You can also leave a comment and personal contribution if you like.

Here's the example of how it must look like. In the future just copy-paste and replace numbers with yours. =P

For yesterday:
Push-Ups: 20
Squats: 50
Crunches: 20
Pull-Ups: 20
Altogether: 110
The total amount: 110/1.000.000
Personal contribution: 110
Comment: For yesterday, because I'm writing this at night, but did exercises before the midnight, so I didn't have the time to write it yesterday. I'm also a bit ill now, so I didn't make too much exercises.

Good luck to all of us, and I hope, that we will finally hit the 1.000.000!
I also hope, that many of you will like this idea.

Nice, in holland on parkour.nl we finished also a challenge: 100.000 pushups in one month and we made it! but, is everything counting(pushups squats crunch etc.)?

Dopefish, the second dumbest creature inthe universe. His thought patterns go, "swim swim hungry, swim swim hungry." Dopefish "will eat anything alive and moving near them, though they prefer heroes." (What's the most dumbest creature in the universe? Why, of course, the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal. It's so stupid that it thinks if you can't see it, it can't see you. One way to avoid the BugBlatter Beast is to throw a towel over your head.)

oke nice, did some training
abs/backblock 10x31 = 310
pseudopushups = 15
full dips = 10
random pushups = 25

360 + 1170 = 1530 / 1.000.000

post scriptum, i'm not going to post massive sets because thats not my way of training^^ i rather do less reps and tougher exercises:-) but i will post frequently
