What can you do throughout the day to build strength?

Personally to build leg strength I always take steps 2 at a time, and I walk at a very brisk pace, this is good and can be sustained during the whole day. Its obviously a minor workout but everything helps!

I also have a pull up bar on my doorframe and when im not already too sore from training then I make sure I do 5 pull ups everytime I leave my room so that means im getting a good workout from that everyday!

Anyone got any to contribute?

Well, instead of taking the bus from home to the metro, I usually run. It makes 5 minutes of running. Not much, but the pace can be raised if needed and it becomes 5 minutes of sprint.
Good thing to me.
The tip with the 5 pull-ups is a great idea, good to remember!

Peace

Не уверен? Не делай.
Pas sûr? Fais pas.
Not confident? Don't.

We can run from places that we visit - from home to bus stop, from bus stop to university/school/work! =P I do that almost every time!

I walk and move ultra-ultra-Slow.

great training for your coordination, balance, strength in the feet and the discipline because other than going fast, it takes constant will and focus, to move slowly.

try it out

Sounds interesting, I sometimes move quite slowly when doing Parkour so I kinda know what you're talking about.

I'll try it out a bit!

Always have your back straight. So basic, yet so many forget. Gives a stronger lover back and core.

Also walk on any rail or any raised object. Gives balance.

One thing I did to get ready for my skitrip was to do 20 bodyweight squats each time I went to the restroom. It adds up during the day.

Endless ways to get a little everyday exercise

Dopefish, the second dumbest creature inthe universe. His thought patterns go, "swim swim hungry, swim swim hungry." Dopefish "will eat anything alive and moving near them, though they prefer heroes." (What's the most dumbest creature in the universe? Why, of course, the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal. It's so stupid that it thinks if you can't see it, it can't see you. One way to avoid the BugBlatter Beast is to throw a towel over your head.)
