Thought it would be fun to share our conditioning games that we play with eachother!

We generally play 3 different games.

Quadrupedal Tag
Speaks for its self really.

Precision game.
Everyone jumps together to an egde with there prefered distance and reaching the sett amount of precisions, we usually go for about 10 depending on how many we are and the amount of beginners. The catch is if one person fails, everyone fails. Wich results in sometimes hundreds of precisions before we are done.
A fail can mean for an experianced traceurs/traceuses landing with one foot a centimeter from the other foot. Or for a beginner loosing there balance not beeing able to stay at the spot or having to put there hands down.
This game was introduced to us by Forrest and i must say i love it.

The Q game.
There is a really good describtion of this game allready on the facebook page
Introduced to us by Aurélien.

"There are no shortcuts to any place worth going."

"Traceurs toujours prêts" (Be ready)

When one of the traceurs shouts "Be ready", or in the French version "Traceurs toujours prêts" it means he's going to give a random order : roll, jump, climb, crawl, vault... and you have to do it as fast as you can in using the objects that surround you (wall, fences, pavement...). Usually the last one to do the move wins... 10 push ups.
This game is especially a lot of fun during jams or parkourdays, when you're moving from one spot to another.

Feel the gibbon inside !

Like quadrupedie tag mentioned above just plain Parkour Tag!

Parkour Tag is super good for your conditioning and endurance. Also it helps you with your parkour, works on your speed coordination etc!

Discovered a new game:D

person one does a move
person two imitates the last move and does a new one
person three imitates the first, the second move and does a new one
person one imitates the first, the second, the third, and he does the fourth
etc.
Works really good, in about 3min you have a whole new run:"D

Dopefish, the second dumbest creature inthe universe. His thought patterns go, "swim swim hungry, swim swim hungry." Dopefish "will eat anything alive and moving near them, though they prefer heroes." (What's the most dumbest creature in the universe? Why, of course, the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal. It's so stupid that it thinks if you can't see it, it can't see you. One way to avoid the BugBlatter Beast is to throw a towel over your head.)

Nice idea Dopefish, I'll try it this afternoon

Remember: first we train, then we share!

Or you can just try this

NOTE: DO THESE WITH CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!

Got a great stupid idea. Stupid coz it's damn simple, but great coz it's damn working!

Every time you enter a room (for instance, your bedroom), you have to do 10 pushups and 10 squats.
You can adjust the numbers depending on your condition and time avaible. The thing is, you can set this rule for 2 or more rooms which makes any coming-or-going in the house a real torture!!

I'm trying it out since 4 days with two "hot-rooms"... makes you think twice before leaving your computer to get a snack ^_^
