Why do I have the feeling that most of those bails are uncontrolled moves ? Many of those jumps are (too) big, many of those people seem too confident. The demi-tour/turn over are good examples !

But hell yeah, it's scary, some guys are really unlucky !

i wonder how many of those kids are the ones writing on certain forums about how they don't need to do conditioning or follow older generations techniques, because they have their own "way" of training and everybody else sucks, they can own them, blah blah, etc... ;P

quite fun vid!

As you say, omercan, "blah blah blah"...

Aurélien, I noticed the thing with the "demi-tour over" too - they're putting their feet way too high on the wall and lose the grip of their hands... (always yours, Captain Obvious)
But that seems to happen too often!!

Nice vid. Show it to every "rookie" you know who's telling you he doesn't need conditioning ^^

Safety and peace.

yeah, the demi-tour mistake got my attention too.. i think it's because they seem to be jumping over too much and lacking the strength to be able to control their bodyweight that's pulling them away from the wall.

For the demi tour, the mistake I see is that they try to do it fast, it means jump directly to the other side of the wall. In this way they keep all the speed of the jump and they have to take all that power in their arms. While if you keep the top of you body just a little over the wall when doing your demi tour, you'll be able to really control the weight on your arms and the grip of the feet on the wall.

An example of what I'm talking about and what they don't do:
It's most of the time beginners who want to "act like" and copy what they see in videos. They just don't have the same control ^^

Omercan, they don't need conditioning, they know how to do the moves ! Oh I forgot : they don't...
