The best spot in Dublin, it's fantastic. It's full of concrete walls with all sorts of training opportunities. This spot has pretty much everything! Running precisions, strides, cat to cats etc..
Park security will tell you to stop jumping but they rarely come around any more. Guards generally don't mind.
