College campus in the middle of the city. Full of excellent mini-spots all within a few blocks of each other. Bathrooms and food/water are plentiful with street vendors and stores. Security is usually very understanding and lets practitioners train as long as they stay out of peoples' way.

Of special note is McGonigle Hall at 1800 Broad St. There is a fully equipped gymnastics gym there and every Sunday from 11am-1pm there is open gym for only $5 an hour. (Although if its busy you can actually sneak in for free, they don't mind.)
