there is some good spots, that containing bars, medium drops and gaps and many abundant places for private training. But be careful - this is outskirt of big city! And there is a lot of obstacles like homelesses, workers, security guarders from nearest car parking.

But there is a lot of places near there three big buildings and outside construction site.
