Buildings located on W Pender, between Thurlow and Bute. There's lots of jumps to do there, and local traceurs call this place the "Tic-tac spot". But in fact, there's much more kongs to do there. You got kong to precision for almost all levels, starting from really easy, normal kong, to easy kong to precision, to huge kong to precision. Heights also varies, which is pretty interesting. There is also at least one sketchy kong to do, a big and scary cat leap over a big gap (I didn't try it), and much more. Definitely a good spot to train to.
