Nice places located in New Westminster, between New Westminster and Columbia Stations. Lots of cool things to do, you should walk around to see everything. You should take care because I have seen a sheriff watching the school, but I avoided moving in front of that sheriff, so I don't know what their position is regarding parkour training on their territory. Just be respectful, don't get in people's way, and don't get noticed, and you won't get kicked out.
Awesome park, with lots of things to do.
Here's an other interesting spot. Advice: there is grass on the side of the side-walk. It is really, really slippery when wet, and it's pretty hilly. You should avoid landing on it. Few months ago, I sprained my ankle like that. Yesterday, I went back there, because I wanted to land on it again but without getting injured, this time. I touched the grass just to see, with my foot. I simply gave up on landing there safely. There's no way I'm going to land on the spot of grass again when it's wet. But anyways. There's stuff to do there!
Nice spot, many different things to do. Avoid being seen too much by the security, and don't be too many people.
Lots of things to do there! Just try that cat leap over the fountain, per example! Or the pretty big wall run behind the building!
Very nice park, lots of things to do. Good set of running jumps, you can adjust it for many levels. The metal tables haves lots of spring, and it can be really fun to use them for flips. Just make sure to punch on the middle, and please avoid to brake them. If they get loose, stop using them. You should also take a look to Gaston park, just nearby. There is definitely good balance training to be done there, and it's easy to imagine lots of small sketchy challenges to do.
Small spot with nice challenges to do. There's a huge bronze head, there. You can't miss it. And around the place, there's stuff to do as well.
Cool little spot, fun arm jumps to do, some vaults to do as well, high wall runs to practice, bricks to climb, and some more cool stuff to do.
Nice spot just beside Metrotown. Lots of nice things to do for every level of traceurs. As far as I know, we're pretty well accepted there. And just besides, more South on Bonsor Ave, there is a covered spot, in the entrance of a residential building.
Big mall. Lots of things to do, and lots of different spots all around. Be discreet, security always ask to leave if they see you. So I suggest you to be discreet, and not be too many people. You should walk all around a lot to be able to use this spot to its full potential.
Nice spot with lots of rails. Can become repetitive, but you can play a lot with the distance of jumps between rails. It's also always good for balance challenges, and there's a couple of nice precision jumps and even good cat leaps. I used to go there every morning, when I was living in a homeless shelter nearby.
Buildings located on W Pender, between Thurlow and Bute. There's lots of jumps to do there, and local traceurs call this place the "Tic-tac spot". But in fact, there's much more kongs to do there. You got kong to precision for almost all levels, starting from really easy, normal kong, to easy kong to precision, to huge kong to precision. Heights also varies, which is pretty interesting. There is also at least one sketchy kong to do, a big and scary cat leap over a big gap (I didn't try it), and much more. Definitely a good spot to train to.
Covered spot nearby Burrard Station. Good when it rains. Some cool stuff to do when it's not raining too.
Be careful, security comes fast. If you're discreet and go in the inner space between the buildings, they might let you train in peace. Better if you're alone.
Petit spot intéressant à Laval. Mais il est situé juste devant l'entrée du magasin, alors n'y allez qu'en dehors des heures d'ouverture s'il-vous-plaît.
