Well I've been practicing the parkour discipline officially for 2 months now! This vid is a bit of a log for me to see how well I progress and to improve my techniques. Because its the middle of winter, there's not a lot available, but I do the best I can with what I got. Don't expect TOO MUCH, this is my first vid by the way lol. And I realize I may look a bit ridiculous in some parts, but just remember that I'm not doing this for you guys. I'm doing this because parkour is something I enjoy, and this vid is a way for me to focus on my progression... The first minute just shows a small fraction of my warmup and the rest is what I was able to do with the crappy weather haha... I also had some extra footage that I couldn't fit cuz of time, so I'm thinking I'll just throw them all together randomly sometime in the near future.
Anyways, if you practice parkour yourself, let me know what you think! And if you have any tips on helping me perfect any of my techniques or my "flow", I'd appreciate that too! Thanks! :D
-Oh, and my brand spanking new KO's just came in today as well! Haven't had too much time with them, but I can still tell you from first impressions that they are sure worth it ;P

Hello Lopez, really liked the video, definitely can help as a log like you say. For two months you look like you are doing really well. Keep up the good work
Tips I would give are pretty obvious but I will say them anyway: keep training hard, don't neglect your warm up or cool down. Focus on a few movements in your training as you may already be doing.
You asked about flow and that will come in time my friend! I can only suggest that you really focus on your entire body as you move and you will find what areas you need to improve to flow gracefully. Sometimes it can be as simple as just relaxing your body or perhaps improving the way you run.
Analysing yourself and the way you move is vital to your progression!
Keep up the good work and look forward to your next video!
