I have been training parkour on and off for about 2 years now but only properly since June. Parkour has helped me to improve with many things such as; strength, both physically and mentally and has helped me to get much more in tune with myself and I am now much more aware of my surroundings and capabilities. It's great training as I have met many new friends along the way and i've only just started really.
